Pattaya is a city on Thailand’s eastern Gulf coast known for its beaches. A quiet fishing village as recently as the 1960s, it’s now lined with resort hotels, high-rise condos, shopping malls, cabaret bars and 24-hour clubs. Nearby, hillside Wat Phra Yai Temple features an 18m-tall golden Buddha. The area also features several designer golf courses, some with views of Pattaya Bay.

Bangkok, Thailand’s capital, is a large city known for ornate shrines and vibrant street life. The boat-filled Chao Phraya River feeds its network of canals, flowing past the Rattanakosin royal district, home to opulent Grand Palace and its sacred Wat Phra Kaew Temple. Nearby is Wat Pho Temple with an enormous reclining Buddha and, on the opposite shore, Wat Arun Temple with its steep steps and Khmer-style spire

Itinerary

After arrival at Suvarnabhumi International Airport Bangkok we transfer directly to Pattaya city. Please make sure you exit from Gate no. 10 Exit C to avoid delays in airport pick-up. It is advisable to book flights which reach during the morning or afternoon hours in Bangkok for easy transfer to Pattaya approx. 2 hours by private vehicle. Upon arrival check-in to Pattaya hotel.

After breakfast head for the Coral Island Tour. Timings - 0900 hrs - 1600 hrs. Enjoy the cool island breeze as you board a shared speed boat to Coral Island. You will be free to spend the day as you wish take a dip, dive into the waters or laze around at the beach. Then, relish a yummy lunch from a pre-set menu with a view of the magnificent coastline. You will be picked up and dropped off at the hotel in a shared vehicle.
Later in the evening we enjoy the Alcazar Show. Timings - 1900 hrs - 2030 hrs. Prepare for an evening full of entertainment and joy as you watch beautiful transvestites perform at the Alcazar show Witness a colorful blend of song, dance and drama that is sure to leave you stunned. You also get a standard ticket for the show. Please note that the show timings will be 17:30hrs to 19:00hrs. You will be picked up and dropped off at the hotel by a private vehicle. You should reach the hotel lobby as per given timings and the maximum waiting time will be 10 minutes.

After breakfast head out for some beach activities in Pattaya. After check-out transfer to Bangkok city. Please be ready in the hotel lobby at the designated pick-up time.
After arrival and check-in at Bangkok hotel spend a delightful evening, gazing over beautiful sunsets and the colorful evening city lights with your partner on the Chao Phraya Dinner cruise. As you cruise along, witness the illuminated famous attractions of Bangkok, relish a delicious dinner and hear the upbeat band playing in the background that makes for a foot-tapping atmosphere. Note: Dinner cruise ticket is included. The duration of the activity is about 2 hours. The dinner will be served from a set vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu.
Later party the year 2023 away and welcome the New Year 2024 the Thai way. Swing to foot tapping music at the many sky roof bars in Bangkok and later go for a Thai massage to kickstart your New Year.

Local Sim Card. You’ll need a passport and your hotel registration to buy a SIM card.
Time Zone. Indian Standard Time is 1:30 hours behind of Thailand
Plug and Socket. For Thailand there are four associated plug types, types A, B and C. Plug type A is the plug which has two flat parallel pins, plug type B has two flat parallel pins and a grounding pin and plug type C has two round pins. Thailand operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.
Currency. The baht is the official currency of Thailand.
Climate. Thailand enjoys a tropical climate which is influenced by seasonal monsoon winds. The southwest monsoon (May) brings a stream of warm moist air from the Indian Ocean towards Thailand, causing abundant rain over the country, especially the mountainous regions.
Clothing. In spring and summer, lightweight clothing is best during the day and a wind-sheeter may be used during cooler days. There may be a chance to go for a swim or enjoy spa activities, so keep a swim suit handy. Ladies should keep a headscarf to cover their head when entering religious sites.
Footwear. Comfortable slippers or sandals for relaxing and walking shoes for walking tours and optional walks.
Luggage. One main piece of baggage of around 20kgs and a daypack for personal items. Remember that you may have to carry your own luggage so don’t overload yourself.
Tipping. Tipping isn’t compulsory. You may however, want to recognize the work of a guide or driver that has done a great job. We would recommend $3 to $5 per person per day depending on the size of the group and accompanying staff.
